Ingredients:
16 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons of butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat the oven to 375°. In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium-high heat until just melted.
  • And then, Add the onions and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 – 7 minutes. Add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the flour on top and stir in for 1 minute. Stir in the marsala and cream and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir in 2 cups of broth/stock.
