Ingredients:
1/4 tsp salt
4 salmon fillets (about 1” thick)
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp canola oil (or vegetable oil)

Instructions:
  • First step is Season salmon evenly with salt.
