Ingredients:
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch chunks

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
