Szechuan-Style Chicken Stir Fry


Ingredients:
2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp sambal oelek (chili paste)
2 tsp toasted sesame oil , divided
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 cup fat-free reduced sodium chicken broth

Instructions:
  • First step is To a small mixing bowl, add 1 tsp sesame oil, chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, cornstarch and salt. Whisk together and set aside.
  • And then, Add remaining 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 Tbsp canola oil to a large skillet or wok and heat over MED-HIGH heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 2 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove to a plate.
