Baked Asian Salmon


Ingredients:
Salmon and Marinade :
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 pound fresh salmon, cut into 2 pieces

Instructions:
  • First step is Pat dry salmon and place it in a bowl with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Refrigerate and let marinade for at least 15 minutes.
  • And then, Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place salmon on a lined sheet pan and bake for at least 15 minutes or until the salmon starts to flake off with a fork.
