Ingredients:
4 servings udon noodles
fried garlic chips (See Notes for the recipe)
Chili oil with crunchy garlic (optional - can buy on Amazon)
3 green onions/scallions
Oxtail broth and meat (Please see Notes)

Instructions:
  • First step is Gather all the ingredients. Put the oxtail broth in a large stock pot (transfer from your Instant Pot if making on the same day). Reheat the broth and keep it on low simmer. Skim if necessary.
